We offer a 3-year tax incentives on new industrial developments and new commercial developments with a minimum investment of $2 million in building permits are also eligible for the municipal tax rebate. on To support housing demand and workforce growth, City Council introduced the Residential Development Incentive Program, offering $10,000 per new residential build. With more than 15 approved applications, new homes are expected to be available by March 2026, supporting both population growth and employer recruitment.  The program has been expanded, taking applications until July 2026 for new homes to be completed by December 2027.
