Local WINS in Wetaskiwin

From October 18 to December 24, 2026, every $25 receipt from a Wetaskiwin business is a chance to win Wetaskiwin gift certificates. There's $1,000 in prizes, including a $500 Grand Prize.

How it works

1. Shop here. Spend $25+ or more (before tax) at any business in Wetaskiwin, including shops, restaurants, salons, service providers and trades.

2. Snap your receipt. Take a clear photo showing the business name, date and total.

3. Win here. Enter your receipt using the button below, or at City Hall. Draws are October 26, November 30 and December 14, plus a $500 Grand Prize on January 5, 2027.  One entry per receipt, up to 5 entries per person per week.

No smartphone or internet? No problem. Bring your receipt to the City Hall front counter (4705 50 avenue, Monday - Friday: 8:30AM - 4:30PM), fill out a paper entry slip and drop it in the Local WINS box. You keep your receipt.

All prizes are gift certificates the City buys from Wetaskiwin businesses. Every entry stays in for every remaining draw, including the Grand Prize.
